Mix mango puree in it and cook further for 5 minutes

Meanwhile on another flame make sugar syrup adding sugar to water.It should be less than of one strand.

Now with the help of cookie cutter make roundels of bread slices

Now heat the ghee in a pan and deep fry bread roundals

Now dip them in sugar syrup for 3 to 4 minutes

Spread mango rabdi over each slice and garnish with chopped dry fruits
