Mumbai special pav bhaji

Boil the peas and cauliflower in cooker. Drain and mash coarsely. Mashed potatoes too.Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté till light golden in colour. Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Add chopped capsicum and stir fry for a minute.add salt,red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala.

Add tomatoes and cook till oil separates from the masala. Add mashed peas, cauliflower, potatoes and 2 cups of water. Bring it to boil and simmer for ten minutes, pressing with back of the spoon a few times, till all the vegetables are completely mashed and blended together.

Heat the butter in tawa.cut the pav into two and fry in tawa.Garnish the bhaji with coriander,butter,onion and lemon. Serve hot bhaji with pav.
