Wash and steam the meat with stock fish after which you add crayfish and pepper with the washed sliced water leave to the pot

No need of adding water cos the water leave have a enough water. Cover and allow it to cook for some time before putting the fish and palm oil

Turn the soup and cook for 5 mins you add knorr and salt to taste

Once it cook very well you put the cut periwinkle after 2mins you add the vegetable leave stir and bring it down

Your blood tonic is ready. Every thing have to be fresh
