Ingredients

  1. 4-5tomatoes
  2. 2-onion
  3. To tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1 coconut
  6. 2-6 curry leaves
  7. 1 inch dalchini / cinnamon
  8. 4-6green chillies
  9. 3 tsp roasted chana dal
  10. 1 tsp fennel
  11. 1 tsp coriander seed
  12. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  14. As requiredMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat kadhai and add the ingredients.

    Then in a grinder grind these things. Make a fine paste of them.

    Then add the chopped onions.

    Cook it till it becomes translucent.

    Add tomatoes and cook it for 5-7 min until it becomes soft.

    Then add coconut paste. And then cook it till 6-7 min.

    Add water and let it cook for 4-5 min.After 5 mins switch off the flame
