Preheat the oven at 220 degree and in a chopper mix the dry ingredients and add the butter.

Give a good blend and the mixture will form crumbs.

Remove it into a bowl or shelf top and make a dough with your hands.and get some dough onto the small tart pan and set it along with your hands.

Then make some holes with the fork and freeze the tarts for 15 mins. After that toss the mini tart moulds into the oven for 15 minutes on down flame and 5 mins on the top flame (for cooking range)

Remove and let cool for about 5 mins. Then put the mould on something smaller and gently press from one side and the outer mould will fall off.

Now in a separate bowl mix half of the custard into the whipped cream and mix properly to avoid any clumps. And add the custard filling into the tart and decorate it with fruits of your choice. Serve cold :)
