Steps

Chana dal (overnight soak)in mrng took out all water and make a thik batter in mixer

Add, sugar & lemon juice

Uske baad salt to taste mix kijiye

Take water in Steamer and boil.
grease oil in plate,mix eno ïn batter and take in plate - 5
Steam for 10to 15 min
When it ready cut into squar and put tadka on it
(oil, rai, til, curry patta, Dhaniya) - 6
Ready dhokla for eat enjoy and thanks
