Chop the vegetables

Blend coconut, curd, green chillies and cumin seeds to a coarse paste

Coarse paste,keep aside

Chop the vegetables length wise and add a cup of water, add turmeric powder and salt. Cook on low heat.

Once it's cooked add the ground paste, let it become thick on medium heat. Add the curry leaves and coconut oil, turn off heat
- 6
Serve hot with rice or roti
