Apple strudel(Eggless dessert)

First weigh all Ingredients then make a hard puff dough of flour+salt+oil+lemon juice+ water

Put the dough for Refrigerator for half and hour in between that time mix butter sugar and diced apple and caramelised them until mixture becomes soft

Then sheet the dough with help of roller pin and add margarine in it or with dough sheeter make two simple fold and then 1 book fold +then one simple fold and last one 1 book fold there are total four fold

Then again put the dough in refrigerator then after half and hour sheet that dough and put apple mixture,roll it and put milk wash over it and then bake it for 30 min at 200 - 250°c

Then put honey wash over it and garnish with pista flakes
