Steps

Cut the eggplant into thin slices.Marinate them with haldi and salt and keep it aside for 10 mins.

Take all the spices, baking powder,salt,besan, maida and rice paste.

Mix everything and make a batter.

Dip the eggplant slices into the batter.
- 5
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the eggplants.
Fry till both the sides are red. - 6
Serve with steamed rice and Dal.
