Sizzling brownie is a dessert available in India, made popular by cafes and restaurants of Mumbai & Kerala. It is a chocolate brownie with a scoop of ice-cream on top served with a generous pouring of melted chocolate on the ice-cream. It is served on hot sizzler plates to be eaten directly in it's sizzling hot form.chocolate is the thing which every kid and adult love to have.

In bowl add eggs,caster sugar and beat for 2-3min

Add butter and beat until well combined

Add vanilla essence,cocoa powder and beat well

First grease the above material in baking dish

Add all purpose flour and fold gently with the help of spatula

Now add the material in the pan and tap to avoid bubbles.

Bake in preheated oven 170°F for 25 min

Insert a toothpick/knife in baked brownie,if it comes clean then the brownie is ready

Let it cool down and then cut into desired pieces.

For chocolate syrup:

In a sauce Pan add cooking chocolate,cream and milk and whisk well until it smooth and cook well until it combined

Heat sizzling pan for 3-4min

And then add the base in hot sizzling tray and above add a scoop of icecream and chocolate syrup for serving
