Tawa Szechuan Cabbage Balls

Take shredded cabbage in a wide bowl. Add preferred salt.

Add red chilli powder. Add ginger garlic paste.

Add rice flour. Add corn flour.

Add coriander powder. Mix all together by crushing cabbage.

Add few moringa leaves for flavor.

Add turmeric powder.

Sprinkle little water and mix to a moist dough.

Hold balls ought the dough.

Heat a tawa in low.

Line a aluminum thick sheet on tawa. Place the cabbage balls. Smear oil on the balls. Cover and bake for 7 minutes in low as shown.

The lower side is brown. Flip side and bake until done. Remove from the heat.

Heat oil on a tawa. Sauté finely chopped garlic. Add medium sized onions. Sauté until translucent. Add salt.

Add sliced spring onions. Sauté. Add diced medium sized green capsicum. Sauté until crunchy.

Add Szechuan sauce.

Now add the cabbage balls and toss in the sauce. Roast for 5 minutes in low heat.

Garnish with chopped spring onions. Tawa Szechuan Cabbage balls are ready.
