First peel the arbi then cut in to long slices now wash & drain it...

Now take a bowl in add mustard seeds, coriander seeds, garlic, black pepper, cumin and make a fine paste in mixture....

Now heat the wok add some cooking oil then add arvi stir it until golden brown remove the bowl keep a side...

Again heat the wok add some cooking oil then add prepared mixture,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute it cook on lower flame in 10 min then add chopped tomato dry mango powder mix well when u make sure ur spicy started leave oil then add fried arbi stir it and then add water...cover it with lid and cook on lower flame for 10 min.....
