In a bowl add in your butter, sugar, vanilla flavor and egg then cream together, gradually add flour in batches and knead with hand.

Divide dough in to two halves, let one be bigger than the other, add cocoa powder to the smaller dough.

Knead to form chocolate dough.

Scoop the plain dough and place on a flat surface.

Deflate just like this.

Scoop and mold chocolate dough and roll in to a thick robe like and place on the edge of the plain dough.

Roll over just like this.

Use knife to cut out the ends.

And cut in to bars.

Arrange on a baking tray and bake until golden brown.

I love anything chocolate.

For easy rolling as a beginner place the dough on a leather at the start.
