Ingredients

  • 12 piecesChicken
  • 1 kgRice
  • Onion 3 middium
  • 4Tommatos
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tb spoon
  • Salt 2 tbl spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1tb spoon
  • Itb spoon hot masala
  • 1 tbspoon dry Dhaniya
  • 1 tbspoon zera
  • Cooking oil half cup
  • Vinegar 3tbl spoon
  • 25 gramImmli

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion until it get goldenish brown

  2. 2

    Put this mixture in frying pan fry it for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add all masala ingredients

  4. 4

    Add seekh chicken mix it well leave for 10 mins

  5. 5

    Boil rice separately

  6. 6

    Serve this dish with green chatni
