Ingredients

  • 10medium size ke arbi leaves
  • 250 gramflour
  • 1/2 cupgarlic paste
  • 4 tbsred chilli powder
  • 1/2 small cup dry mango powder
  • 2 tbssalt
  • As requiredCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash the leaf and remove the stem back side the leaf...

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix all given ingredients add some water make a thick batter...

  3. 3

    Heat the broad thick bottomed pan full the water add oil brings into boil for lower flame

  4. 4

    Now take a leaf spread the prepared mixture again put on leaf spread the prepared mixture again to again repeat 10 times then roll it side then tie it up then add put on boiling water cook on lower flame for 30 min..

  5. 5

    Now remove it from the gas let it cool completely.

  6. 6

    Now cut the slices and deep shallow fry....
