Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,hing,dry red chilies and saute.

Add ginger and green chilies and saute till raw smell of ginger gone.

Add boiled potatoes in it and than add dry spices mix them well.

Add water according to the consistency of the gravy and add salt to taste.

Add garam masala powder and mix well. Close the lid and simmer it for five minutes. Switch off the flame and Garnish with coriander leaves.
