Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3round bottlegaurd
  • 2big white onion sliced
  • 1green chili
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric
  • Halfteaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoonbutter
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • Pinchblack pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoongarlic ginger grated
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    First crush the bottlegaurd after peeling and strain extra water

  2. 2

    Now in a pan add butter and roast ginger+garlic+green chilli+cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Now add sliced onion and cook until it looks properly golden brown

  4. 4

    Now add all the spices together and crushed bottlegaurd

  5. 5

    Now cook it at low flame until all the spices mix well with bottlegaurd and soak whole water

  6. 6

    Bottlegaurd should look golden and roasted

  7. 7

    Turn the flame off yummy healthy delicious bottlegaurd is ready
