Take a bowl add 1 cup water and 1tbsp vinegar and add 1/2 kilo liver and rest for 15 mintues...after 15 mintues discard the liquid and wash the liver

Add 1/2 cup oil in a pan and add darchini, black cardamom, green cardamom,cumin seed,cloves and laung stir fry for 5 mintues

Then add finely chopped onion and fry for 5 mintues light golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and liver fry for 15 mintues on medium to low flame when liver is done 50 %

Then add tomato paste,yougurt and mix for 5 mintues then add lal mirch powder, zeera powder, haldee powder, garam masalah, kasuri meethi, powder and salt mix for 10 mintues when liver leave the oil and add 1/2 cup water and leave for 15 mintues on low flame when liver is cooked 100%

Then garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies
