Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsbaigan
  2. 150 gmspapdi
  3. 2 tbspmustard oil
  4. 5-6garlic flakes
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. 3green chilli
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspturmeric
  9. 2 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 tspsesame seed
  12. 1/2 tspcarrom seed
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. leavesCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop the veggies. Heat oil, season it with sesame seed, carrom seed, ginger garlic paste, green chilli. Cook for 2 mins. Add all the spices. Add salt, veggies and water. Cover and cook till done.

    Serve with roti garnished with coriander leaves
