In a sauce pan put sugar and 3 cups of water bring it to boil.

When sugar dissolves then swich off the gas.

Heat ghee in a pan add wheat flour and mix well.

Cook on a slow flame till the colour gradually changes into a golden brown.

Now add sugar syrup and cook on slow flame till it absorbs all the water.

Add chopped dry fruits and cook till the ghee release out from the sides of the pan.
