Ingredients

  1. 100 gmpenne pasta
  2. 1/2 cupschezwan sauce
  3. 1 tbspmaida
  4. 1/2 cupsweet corn
  5. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 1 tbspbutter
  8. 1 tspoil
  9. 1/4 tspchilli flakes
  10. 1 cupmilk
  11. 1 tbspchopped garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the pasta with a pinch of salt &a tsp of oil.strain it wash with cold water &keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add 1tsp oil,add chopped onion crackle 30 seconds.Add sweetcorn stir another 30 second &keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan add 1tbsp butter &1tbsp maida cook nicely.Then add milk mix it well.Add black pepper &salt mix it well.Than add schezwan sauce &chilli flake mix it wee.

    Add fried ginger&garlic mix it well.

  5. 5

    Add penne pastamix it well.

  6. 6

    SchezwanPennePasta is ready.Serve immediate.
