Firstly dry roast the Poha on a medium flame for 1 minute.Keep aside.

Now take the Peanuts,Chana Dal,curry leaves,green chillies and Cashew Nuts.

Now take in a non stick pot Oil and roast the Peanuts and Chana Dal.Now add finely Chopped Green chillies,cashew nuts and curry leaves.

Now add salt,turmeric powder,powdered sugar,powdered salt,kismis and finally add the roasted Poha.Now it's ready.
