Ingredients

30 mins
2 peoples
  1. 15baby potatoes
  2. 1/2 tspSalt (add for boiling)
  3. 2 cupsWater
  4. As requiredOil (for frying)
  5. To taste salt
  6. 1 tspdry mango powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp ground spices powder
  9. 1 tspChaat masala (for sprinkle)

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take potatoes & wash it then par boil it. (Half cook)

    Lightly press the potatoes.

    Heat oil and fry all potatoes in low flame & put it on plate.... then once again fry it in high flame for crispiness.

    Take all spices & mix it well. Add spices mixture in potatoes. Slightly toss it.

    Sprinkle chaat masala and Serve it with tea or coffee....
