Ingredients

  • 4-5tomatillos
  • 2small tomatoes
  • 1-2jalapeño
  • 1/2sweet onion
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1 handfulcilantro
  • 1serrano pepper (if like spicy)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place in small pot and cover with water tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, tomatillos and serrano pepper (if like spicy). Bring to boil, then simmer till cooks down.

  2. 2

    Pour off water and let cool down. Place in a food processor and add seasonings and cilantro. Blend. Place in container and in refrigerator to cool down. Enjoy!!
