Sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl then add the egg and water until you get a smooth paste

Allow it to rest for 10 minutes inside fridge then bring it out and it is ready for use

Put your non stick frying and use your brush to apply it on the pan by spreading it very well

When it is done use your hand to remove it and add the fillings of your choice then roll and deep fry
