Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsPoark
  2. Black pepper
  3. Salt
  4. 50 mlfat
  5. 50 mlhoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate your pork with black pepper on both sides first

  2. 2

    Then add salt on both side

  3. 3

    Apply oil on both sides

  4. 4

    Heat the non sticky pan and then place the pork when the pan is hot. Let it cook.

  5. 5

    When it is ready sprinkle honey on both sides and let it cook for sometime then remove it. Honey is not a must
