Pineapple upside down
You just can't stop eating this...perfect dessert

Heat oven to 180 degrees centigrade, spread base of a 10 inch baking tin with the butter. Melt it in the heated oven. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the melted butter. Arrange the pineapple slices over the brown sugar and melted butter. Place cherries in the centre of each pineapple slice

Mix everything else in a bowl for about 30 sec till smooth. Pour the mixture in the baking tin with the rings.

Bake for 50 minutes or until sharp skewer inserted in the centre comes out

Remove from oven and immediately place heatproof plate upside down over the baking pan. Turn the plate and pan over. Leave the pan over the cake for a few minutes so that the brown sugar mixture can drizzle over the cake after which you can remove pan
Preferably serve when still warm. Store cake loosely covered
