  • 350 gplain flour
  • 50 gmilk powder
  • 7 gyeast
  • 1Egg
  • Salt
  • 25 gButter
  • 100 gSugar
  • 100 mlLuke warm water
  • Butter to brush tops of doughnut

Steps

  1. 1

    Proof the yeast mix. Leave several minutes to prove

  2. 2

    In a bowl add flour

  3. 3

    Then add margarine / butter, salt, milk powder, plain flour

  4. 4

    Mix to incorporate ingredients

  5. 5

    Leave to rise

  6. 6

    Cut n flatten on a board

  7. 7

    Allow to rise again

  8. 8

    Bake n enjoy
