Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupLyle's Golden Syrup
  • 1 tablespoonred pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoonsyour favorite hotsauce
  • 3hotdogs
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededwater, to boil hotdogs
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tablespooncornstarch
  • 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the hotdogs till done.

  2. 2

    Cut them on a bias/angle

  3. 3

    Heat a nonstick pan, add butter golden syrup, hotsauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt.

  4. 4

    Bring to a simmer and add hotdogs.

  5. 5

    Mix the cornstarch and water. Add to the simmering sauce stirring as it thickens.
