Cooking Instructions

Break the lettuce up into manageable pieces

Add dice tomato

In a pan toast the rolled oat, toast to a golden brown. Add syrup, pecans, and salt.

Keep heat on stirring often, after about 3 minutes remove from heat.

This will harden so break it up add to top of salad. Add dressing. Top off with salt and pepper
