This recipe is a very easy and healthy lunch option that is not only tasty and nutritious but filling ....It is loved by everyone at home...A nice way to make kids eat spinach (palak) 😉
Steps

Take the whole wheat flour in a big mixing bowl and put all the dry masala powders,salt and mix well.

Now add the chopped palak leaves,onion,boiled & mashed potatoes and green chilli.

Mix well and knead it well.Sprinkle very little water if required.

Put a few drops of oil and then knead it well again.Keep aside for a few minutes.

Make equal shaped balls and roll them with the help of some dry flour to round shaped paranthas.

Heat a non stick tawa, when hot put the rolled paratha on the tawa, drizzle oil and ghee.Cook till nicely done from both sides.

Serve hot with curd,raita and pickle or sauce of your choice.
