Cooking Instructions
- 1
Crush the ginger and garlic and add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- 2
Scorn the pork using a very knife. Place in a bowl. Add the marinade and coat well. Cover and leave in fridge for a minimum of 4 hours preferably overnight for best flavours.
- 3
Next transfer the pork into foil and cover. Wrap it over tightly with foil 2-3 times.
- 4
Add enough water to the tray to cover about 1/3 of the pork.
- 5
Turn oven on to 180c and cook for 6-8 hours or until pork is soft and tender.
- 6
Shred the pork using two forks and serve. I served mine in toasted buns with a bit of mayo with homemade slaw on the side.

Pulled Pork, Korean Style, slow cooker Pulled Pork, Korean Style, slow cooker
All I can say is OMG!What a great thing for any varieties of eating style. Lettuce wraps, rolls, tacos, even spring rolls. Pretty easy to make, tastes really good. The recipe offers some adjustments to customize to your taste. This is great for parties, a larger pork butt can be used and the recipe scales easily. I used a 4 pound one in this recipe, but it works for 4-5 pound roasts just as is. Actually the pictures are a 4 pound. Fo Fa -

Pulled Pork Pulled Pork
This is a mish-mosh of a couple recipes. And I've done it with both a pressure cooker and crock pot and worked out great with either method. I love coleslaw on my pulled pork sandwich but if you want it on the side, that's fine. If you don't want it at all, that's fine too!! As always thank you to my photographer husband Mike to make it look picture perfect!! kokomayla -
