Ingredients

2-3 people
  1. 300 gramsfish chunks - any type, without throne
  2. 1 cup hung curd
  3. 1 1/2 tbsporange rime
  4. 1whole lime - lime juice
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbsp oil
  7. 1 tsp green chilli
  8. 1 tbsphoney
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. as requiredfresh coriander and orange slice for garnishing

Steps

    Firstly take a bowl, add fish, and wash it properly.

  2. 2

    Now take a mixing bowl, add hung curd, orange rime, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garam masala, green chilli and honey to it and mix it properly.

    After this add fish chunks to this masala and marinate it for nearly 4-5 hour.

  4. 4

    Once fish get properly marinated, then prepare your tandoor, and fix fish chunks in squires and roast it till brown.

  5. 5

    Or if you don’t have tandoor then you can also shallow fry this in a fry.

  6. 6

    Serve this hot and crispy fish tikka, with green salad and any kind of dip.
