In a heavy bottom pan heat oil add onions and fry till golden brown.

Add g.g paste, zeera and mutton and stir for 5mins.

Now add salt, haldi, Sindhi biryani packet, tomatoes and cook for 5mins. Then add water and cook until mutton done.

Then add potatoes and cook until potatoes 70%done.

Add imli and simmer for 5mins. Then Keep aside.

Now in a heavy bottom pan add oil gravy, rice then repeat this.

In last add 2 tomatoes sliced, coriander Leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and lemon. And leave on low flame for 10 mins.

Sindhi biryani is ready to serve 😋😋
