Ingredients

  • 3potatatoes chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add onion chopped and saute for a while

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and saute for a while

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric and fry over low heat until it is soft, then switch off the flame
