Steps

First mix sugar and dessicated coconut nicely and keep aside.

Now take a medium sized ball and roll like a chapati. Sprinkle all over mixture on it.

Gather edges of rolled chapati and make a ball. Now roll it like a parantha. Now heat tawa and put parantha on it. Apply ghee and flip side till it becomes golden from one side.

Cook till brown spots visible on both sides.

Serve hot with butter and curd.
