Steps

Add ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp each along with trotters and 10 cups of water. Boil for 10 minutes and then drain it.

Add 12 cups of water again along with ginger and garlic paste and cook it on low flame for 3 to 4 hours.

Put oil, fry onions till golden. Take it out and blend with little water and put it back in oil and fry along with shaan paya masala and yogurt. Bhoonofy it very well.

Add in trotters and stir it well. Finally add it's stock and let it simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

Serve with fresh coriander leaves, ginger juleine, garam masala and lemon wedges.
