Ingredients

  • 8potatoes
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 4 tbspoil
  • 3 tbspthyme you can use fresh
  • to tasteBlack pepper and salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  2. 2

    Wash and dry potatoes. Slice thinly but not to the bottom.

  3. 3

    In a pan saute oil and crushed garlic. Add in your potatoes and stir

  4. 4

    Sprinkle salt and pepper. Put in oven and bake for 30 mins. Add in the thyme and bake till crispy. Serve hot.
