Take oil in a pan add jeera, black pepper corns, cinnamon stick and whole cardamom saute well..than add onions to it,let the onion change it's colour than add ginger garlic paste,saute it well.

Now add chopped tomatoes and cashewnuts mix well.Add masalas like red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder and cumin powder.Mix well and cook till it thicken into gravy.

Now let the mixture be cool..grind this into fine paste, once the paste is ready take channi add this grinded mixture and remove the pulp..and keep aside

In a pan add little oil and butter,add green chillies and very little ginger garlic saute well.Now add the paneer pieces to it and fry them.

Add the grinded mixture to the fried paneer saute well then add fresh cream to it.Mix it and garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi.Serve hot.
