Sting Ray Fish Gravy

Heat oil in kadai and add curry leaves, green chillies and onion.

Saute till onion becomes translucent and add ginger garlic paste to it..

Then add finely chopped tomatoes, mix it well.

Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder cumin powder...mix all together for 2 mins and add fish.

After adding fish, add brinjal and coconut milk.Close the kadai with the lid for 8-10 minutes or till the oil whoos out by the sides..keep it in medium flame.

Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve..
