Ingredients

  1. 8-10long carrots peeled and diced in small skillet
  2. 2big white onion chopped
  3. 2green chili chopped optional
  4. 2 tablespoonsginger garlic grated
  5. Halfcup sweet peas
  6. 4potatoes diced
  7. 1 tablespoonsalt
  8. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  9. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  10. 1 tablespoonchaat masala
  11. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  12. 1 tablespooncumin powder
  13. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  14. 1 tablespooncoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Roast in a heavy base pan cumin seeds+ginger+garlic+onion+green chili

  2. 2

    Now after make them brown add all the spices together and simmer for 1 minute

  3. 3

    Now add only carrot and peas

  4. 4

    Cover the utensil for 3 minutes and stay at very low flame

  5. 5

    Check every after two minutes until carrots look soft enough to add potatoes

  6. 6

    After estimating 8 to 9 minutes add potatoes and cover the utensil again for 2 minutes and check constantly

  7. 7

    When potatoes look becoming soft just turn off the gas bcuz they will get more textured with only steam

  8. 8

    Garnish with coriander leaves optional bcuz some people has allergies from coriander smell

  9. 9

    Healthy veggies are ready
