Take big leafy spinach and grate cheese.

Put one by one leaf and put some cheese on it. Cover with another leaf

Now make a besan ghol. Take a besan flour,corn flour, turmeric,salt and add some water and make a thin batter.

Now put a oil on stove.Take a stuffed leaf very carefully dip in besan ghol and fry on medium flame. Fry all one by one with patience. Our stuffed spinach pakoda is ready.
