Paneer vermicilli kunafa

Mixed orange colour in melted butter.
Crush the vermicelli, coconut and mix melted butter and ghee in it.
Mix it with hands until it becomes fluffy with no lumps. - 2
Make a Cream Filling by mixing paneer and condensed milk.
Add cardamom powder and little rose water.
Mix it well and put it in the refrigerator. - 3
Make Sugar Syrup with sugar and water. Bring to boil and then add lemon juice.
Let it boil for 10 minutes. Keep aside to cool. - 4
Now add rose water.
Divide vermacilli mixture in two equal parts.
Take a greased pan and spread the mixture evenly in the center and the corners of the pan. - 5
Now spread almond slices all over and t hen add cream filling over it and spread it evenly over the vermiccili layer.
Now layer the vermiccili over the cream filling. - 6
Finally spread the remaining vermicelli mixture evenly all over, press.

Brush the top layer with melted butter, to make it settle properly.
Preheat the oven, put the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour. - 8
Garnish it with pistachio before you serve.
