Steps

Take pearl millet flour and curd together in a bowl.

Mix the batter together well and adding enough water if required.

Let it ferment for 10 to 15 minutes. Add your choice of fresh vegetables in the batter. Add eno fruit salt just before cooking.

Grease the idli tray, pour the batter and steam it 15 - 20 mins.

Idli is ready to serve with your choice of chutnies.
