Suja are spicy grilled beef strips and are apparently a really popular street food. I imagine you can change the spices to what suits you. I'm a wimp so went more paprika than spice! #betheatstheworld

Suja are spicy grilled beef strips and are apparently a really popular street food. I imagine you can change the spices to what suits you. I'm a wimp so went more paprika than spice! #betheatstheworld

Mix all the dry ingredients together and place in a zip lock bag. Give it a good shake to mix it up then pour in the oil.

Slice the steak into thin strips and pierce them onto bamboo sticks or metal kebab skewers

Insert the skewers into the bag and give everything a good squish so the beef is covered in the spices. Leave to marinate for about 30 mins to 1 hour

Heat your grill and arrange the beef skewers on the grill pan and grill for about 10 mins or until you think it looks cooked. They should be a little crispy around the edge but still tender in the middle.
