I am a pasta lover. You can say it's my favourite food, ever since childhood I have been eating pasta atleast once every week. And always Red Sauce! I wasnt the biggest cheese fan growing up, things have changed now though. But ya this is a quick pasta recipe, a bit indianised but easy to cook and tastes great!!

In a pan of water at one tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of olive oil and the pasta. Keep for boiling for around 12 mins (check on the packet, the time required for pasta to boil)

Check if pasta is boiled after 12 mins by cutting one in half, you will see a white line in the center. This means that pasta is •al dente•. That is sufficiently cooked. Wash once with normal water.

In a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil, and the diced onions. Heat till golden brown. Add the capsicum and the pureed tomato sauce.

Add 4 spoons of pizza pasta sauce. Cook properly and add the boiled pasta into it. Add salt.

Add oregano and chilli flakes and mix properly. Serve hot with adding grated cheese on the top.
