  1. 8 tinFlour
  2. 2 tinSugar
  3. 3Egg
  4. Halfsimas butter
  5. 1 tbspvanilla
  6. 1/2 tspnutmeg powder
  7. Water as required
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. pinchBaking powder
  10. Oil for deep frying

    Into a clean bowl combine all the dried ingredients together and mix.

  2. 2

    Into another bowl break 3 vanilla flavor eggs,whisk,add sugar and mix well add in butter and mix them together.make a well at the center of the flour.

  3. 3

    Pour the egg mixture a make add Lil water bit by bit till you make a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Cover with kitchen towel and set aside for like 3 minutes. spread the surface with some flour knead the dough and roll it.cut it to ur desired shape.fry it into hot oil not too hot and not less.
