Blend dahi, half besan, imli pulp, red chilli powder, haldi, green chillies 2 pc, zeera,1 piyas together.

Take in cooking container add 3 glass water, 1 slice piyaas, tez patta, 2 green chillies ko halki anch pe pakkai.

Bowl mein half besan, red chilli powder, salt zeera, baking powder, Pani mila ke pakoro ka batter taiyaar karle. Saade pakore, oil mein fry kar ke besan ki khadi Mein dalte Jai.

Ab pakore ke besan Mein slice aalo dal ke fry kar ke platter mein nikale... Phir piyaas besan ke batter mein dal ke fry kar ke nikal aur green chillies ke seeds nikal ke imli ka pulp dal ke besan mein dal ke fry kar ke saare pakore ek platter mein set karein.

Ab remaining oil mein zeera bigaar ki mirch, khadi patta fry kar ke besan ki khadi mein dal dein

Mazeedar khadi aur aalo, piyas aur green chillies ke pakore ko white rice ke sath serve Karein.
