Easy simple yummy recipe with less sugar and ghee

Squeeze homemade paneer and if using readymade grate it.Now mash it.

Heat a non stick pan add paneer cook till thicken.

Add sugar milk powder food colour with elaichi seeds let it cook till mix all the ingredients and mixture leaves the sides of a pan.

While cooking keep stirring on low heat it will take hardly 5 to 8 mins off the flame add essence too
Let the mixture cool completely. - 5
It will be crumbled and you feel granules in it again mash it to make a soft dough just for few mins.

Grease your palms with ghee or oil to make small balls with pressing in the middle with your thumb
Garnish with nuts ready to serve. - 7
For rose flavour added 2 tablespoons chopped rose petals with 1 tsp rose water instead kesar threads. Rest followed the same recipe.
