Ingredients

  • 2 cupMaida
  • 1 cupGhee /desi ghee
  • 1 cupSugar powder
  • 2 tspBaking powder
  • Almond as a required
  • 2 pinchElaichi powder
  • Egg yolks 1(for brush biscuit)

Steps

  1. 1

    Baking powder me maida or Elaichi powder dal Ke mix kar lein. Phir ghee dal Ke mix karein or almond dal Ke hath se soft dough bana lein..

  2. 2

    15 minute Ke liye cover kar Ke farij me rakh dein. Pateela preheat krny Ke liye rakh dein phir cookie cutter ki help se Naan khati ki shape dein.

  3. 3

    Biscuit par egg yolk brush karein. Preheat Pateely me 15 mint dum jitni anch mein bake karein.
